this time of year is full of reschedules due to weather, so when the day of this session rolled around and it was so nice outside, i couldn't have been more ready to go! mom beth contacted me quite awhile ago wanting some senior pictures of her son austin. we talked all about his personality and interests and decided that a session in downtown kingsport would be a perfect fit. as soon as i met austin, he was so nice, polite, and didn't seem to mind having his pictures taken at all....which isn't always the case with senior boys!!! we walked all around finding little spots here and there and i really enjoyed my time with these two. austin and beth, thank you for choosing me to document this exciting time and being up for anything!

sweet sisters

oh my goodness....it's been so long since i have posted! i do apologize and i'm excited to have lots more sessions to get this blog moving again. so let's get it started with the humbert girls. parents meredith and christian contacted me back in 2011 for a session. after some reschedules, we decided to try it again in the spring. i had met older sister grace several times in the past, but i had only seen little miss evelyn once when she was itty bitty. i can't believe how grown up she is already and the two of these girls together in their cute little dresses was a sweet sight. we decided to meet at their house for the session and everything was so green and in bloom. grace didn't seem to mind having her picture taken one bit and evie.....well she required a bit of chasing and some pure silliness, both of which i thoroughly enjoyed! meredith and christian, thank you so much for the opportunity to photograph your sweet girls. i know it all seemed a little chaotic, but i love the images we came away with and i can't wait for you to see them all!
